CEU Executive MBA Program offers a highly competitive, merit-based fellowship for a promising female tech manager or entrepreneur in Estonia. The fellowship is offered with the support of the Estonian Founders Society.
As a small country bordering with close allies and adversaries, Estonia has established itself as one of the most digitally innovative in Europe and the wider world. Numerous start-ups in the digital world have their origins in Estonia. The Estonian government has pioneered e-government and e-public services.
The winner of the Fellowship for Female Tech Managers in Estonia will receive up to 75 percent reduction of the full CEU Executive MBA tuition of EUR 29.000. The fellowship will be awarded to a female manager or entrepreneur who is an Estonian resident (or e-resident) and who has succeeded in defying barriers and glass ceilings in the tech, IT or related industries and achieved high levels of professional recognition.
Applicant should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and who apply for the August 2023 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form.
“From the Sillicon Valley to other innovation clusters, women have faced systemic biases and barriers in the tech industry. Like in many other areas, Estonia can lead the way in making tech industry more diverse and I very much hope that our attractive Executive MBA fellowship will be helpful here,” points out Prof. Maciej Kisilowski, Faculty Director of CEU Executive MBA.
Applications for the Fellowship for Female Tech Manager from Estonia will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis. The Selection Committee reserves the right to choose awardees.
