CEU Executive MBA Program offers a highly competitive, merit-based Fellowship for professionals in the United States with a distinguished record of successfully defying race-based barriers and prejudices.
The US has welcomed and integrated generations of people from all over the world. And yet, the country has recently seen a reckoning about the continuous prevalence of structural racism against Blacks, Indigenous People, and people of color (BIPOC).
The recipient of the Fellowship will receive up to 50% percent reduction of the full CEU Executive MBA tuition of EUR 29.000. The fellowship will be awarded to a manager or entrepreneur working in the United States, who as a member of the BIPOC community, who excelled in successfully defying barriers and prejudices, achieving high levels of professional recognition.
Applicants for the Fellowship for BIPOC Managers in the United Stated should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and who apply for the August 2023 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form.
“The time to tackle structural racism in America is now. We need more BIPOC leaders to help us bring about change,” points out Prof. Maciej Kisilowski, the Faculty Director of CEU Executive MBA.
Applications will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis. The Selection Committee reserves the right to choose awardees.
