CEU Executive MBA Fellowship for a Promising Romani Manager, offered with the support of the CEU Romani Studies Program

CEU Executive MBA Program, with the support of CEU Romani Studies Program, offers a highly competitive, merit-based Fellowship for a Promising Romani Managers from Czechia, Hungary or Slovakia.

“Diversity is definitely a corporate buzzword of today. But more than a passing trend, it should be a core value for every business,” points out Prof. Angela Kocze, director of the Romani Studies Program and the CEU Executive MBA faculty member. “Our fellowship program for an outstanding Roma professional fosters new management talent that will help organizations become more innovative and successful.”

The winner of the Fellowship will receive up to 75 percent reduction of the full CEU Executive MBA tuition of EUR 29.000. The fellowship will be awarded to a Romani manager, who is a resident of Czechia, Hungary or Slovakia and who has succeeded in defying barriers and prejudices achieving high levels of professional recognition.

Applicant Profile

Applicant should have at least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of documented leadership/managerial experience,  an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and who apply for the August 2023 intake of the CEU Executive MBA program via the regular application form. An applicant must be a current resident of Czechia, Hungary or Slovakia.

Applications will be reviewed and considered on a rolling basis. The Selection Committee reserves the right to choose awardees.
