About The Female Founders

For the Female Founders, entrepreneurship is not necessarily about starting or running a business. It’s a state of mind, a principle of life and an approach to dealing with problems. It’s about being active, taking responsibility, creating positive change, being optimistic, passionate and proactive. It’s about confidence and trust in yourself, about solving problems for and contributing to society. It’s about being a leader – in your life, your career, and your community – and about making an impact.

In a world that is facing more challenges than ever, we need to start doing things differently. Old ways and approaches are no longer sufficient – as they led to all the troubles the world is currently facing. Therefore we need these entrepreneurial minds to lead the way into a bright future. Plus: we truly believe that it’s finally time to access the untapped creativity and potential of women. All of this leads us to a very simple equation:  entrepreneurship + women = the future.
